Returns & Refund Policy

Changed your mind?
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, or defective and were bought directly through our website.

To initiate a return or exchange, email info@blastcult.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your return within the 15-day window, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed the same way as returns. After you contact us with the item you'd like to exchange, we’ll send a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item.

If the item requested is no longer in stock, we will automatically process a full refund and notify you via email.

International Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time. Please contact info@blastcult.com for further assistance.

Shipping & Handling

Domestic (UK)
Shipping rates are calculated based on UK addresses. Orders ship within 1–3 business days of being processed. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, unless an alternate courier is selected. Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

International (USA, Europe, Rest of World)
International orders are shipped within 5 business days, excluding any delays caused by customs. Taxes are included at checkout; however, no additional duties will be charged at that point. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or additional customs fees imposed by their country.

Duties, VAT & Customs

While we strive to minimize customs charges, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, tariffs, or customs fees required by their country. These fees are not included at checkout, and Blast Cult does not reimburse for any related costs if an order is refused or returned due to non-payment of duties.

Shipping Transit Times

  • Royal Mail / ParcelForce Worldwide: Delivery time varies by destination. Please allow up to 10 business days internationally.
  • Faster delivery: Choose a courier option during checkout if quicker shipping is required.

Invalid Shipping Addresses

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for both domestic and international orders.

Risk of Loss

All items are shipped via independent carriers. Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
